These net­works work to exert con­trol and influ­ence over Mus­lim pop­u­la­tions, advanc­ing agen­das aligned with Islamist ide­olo­gies. Their strate­gies often include lob­by­ing, edu­ca­tion­al ini­tia­tives, reli­gious insti­tu­tions, and media cam­paigns to nor­mal­ize and pro­mote their world­view.
